The Aredian business integration consultancy was founded by Jay Cousins in 2008.

Jay has 10 years experience working in IT. He began his IT career as an analyst/consultant at the XML and business process consultancy RivCom Ltd in 2000, working on projects embracing business process and data modelling, e-commerce, e-marketplace, standards development and XML. He moved to the health informatics company CSW Group Ltd in 2004 where he worked across analyst and consulting divisions and progressed to Principal Technical Consultant. Since August 2008, Jay has worked as a freelance consultant, initially trading as ‘business integration consultancy’ before rebranding to ‘Aredian’ in 2010.
