Typically, an engagement begins by consulting with senior management to confirm business requirements and objectives. A standards-based technical solution for integration is developed by working with the client in an iterative process. Aredian will then work with the client’s managers, architects and developers to help implement the solution at the operational level.

Aredian undertakes both short- and long-term engagements, working as an external consultant or as a contractor ‘on staff’ as required by the project.

Our working practices are flexible. Aredian is used to working with RUP and Agile project methodologies and will adapt to work with other methodologies and the client’s own processes as required.
